How to use the New Amsel Suite Launcher?
With the new 1.6 update Gander, the launcher has received a makeover! We took advantage of this redesign to introduce new features.
Learn how to get started with the new launcher and explore the latest updates to the Amsel Suite software.
Tome & Lore Applications
After logging into the launcher using the same credentials as on the website where you made your purchase, you’ll find the applications available for download: Tome and Lore.
If you’ve purchased only one of the software programs, you’ll be able to download it directly via the launcher, while the other will remain unavailable. If you wish to acquire the second software, head to the website. Make sure to use the same account so both programs become accessible.
The Applications tab allows you to view all the latest news for each software, along with some tutorials. You can also manage all updates from here.
Trading post
In the second tab, you’ll find the Trading post, which is linked to Lore, the worldbuilding software. It’s divided into two sections: the Bazaar and the Workshop. Each section contains content related to importing and exporting templates.
The Bazaar
In the Bazaar, you can download templates created by other Amsel Suite users and creators. These templates are compatible with Lore and help streamline your work by offering pre-built structures.
Currently, you can download our universal pack containing over 30 templates. In the future, we plan to add new themed templates, especially those related to fantasy and science fiction.
If other Amsel Suite users share their templates with you, you’ll find them in this part of the launcher.
My Workshop
In the Workshop, you’ll find all your exported templates. This allows you to reuse them in other Lory files or share them with other creators.

News
The final tab, News, gathers all the latest updates for Lore and Tome. You’ll find specific tutorials as well as inspiration for your next role-playing game campaigns.
To make future updates easier to access, articles about new features will be available directly through the launcher.
